What does the "Suite" Spot includes? Our "Suite" spot experience includes two 20 minute session (choose between Red Light therapy or Dry Heated Salt Bed therapy) & 1.5 hour in a private suite with a small wooden table, assorted pillows, small delicious grazing station, tableware & cutlery, Bluetooth speaker, 36' inch television w/ roku app, silk flower arrangements, candles, a custom letter board, and set up & clean up. This offer is perfect for couples, girl night, anniversaries, proposals, birthdays or anything in between! Complimentary alkalized water, tea, and/or hot chocolate is provided to all guests.

Can you tell me more about the spa services? Sure! Each guest will receive a 20 minute session of either the Red Light or Dry Heated Salt Bed therapy. Renew-U 360 is the only spa studio in the Brentwood Nashville area that has a dry heated salt bed. The dry heated salt bed is lined with pink Himalayan salt. When you lay in the bed the generator (gently) blows salt (mist) through the cavity of the bed. It is beneficial for better skin, muscle relaxation, joints and the upper respiratory system.
